Nothing beats racquetball. If you are ever in Logan Ut find me and I will teach you a thing or two about racquetball. Last winter I played r-ball twice a week for 2-3 hours and I know it helps you stay in shape. I find it a great cross-training as it helps build the muscles to run sideways. Keep it up
About the Wahsatch Steeplechase. It is a 17.5 mile trail run that involves extreme inclines and declines. At the top you have to climb over and around boulders. There are thick weeds that you have to fight through in some places (you can't even see the trail in some spots). It's the most difficult race I've ever done. I didn't stay long enough to hear the final results, but I was told that they give awards for the most blood shed. It's something worth trying once or twice.
